Insurance and Billing
At the time of your visit, patients need to provide our office with the correct insurance information, including your insurance card to be copied. We ask that all co-insurance and deductibles be paid at the time the service is performed. We will perform courtesy billing for you, provided you have given us all pertinent billing information.
Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Financial responsibility rests with the patient for deductibles, co-insurance and non-covered services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. We offer the option to pay bills online. Select your provider and pay online using our secure servers here.
You may receive a separate bill for the physician’s services, pathology and anesthesia. When procedures are performed, a biopsy specimen may be sent to a lab to be analyzed. The fee for this is a separate charge from your office services. Your payment for this lab service should be sent directly to the lab. The center contracts with an Anesthesia group to provide sedation for our patients and keep them as comfortable as possible. This is a separate fee as well. All entities are provided copies of your insurance and will bill the insurance company. You are responsible only for the patient portion to each entity.
We accept all insurance plans, but don’t hesitate to call us with any insurance or billing questions: (423) 648-0577. Our staff is eager to address any questions or concerns you may have.
